"Freeze Frame vs Healing Rhythms"

I want to purchase a biofeedback software to 1) Track my state of mind and mind entrainment; 2) Master relaxation, reduce anxiety, increase mental states as in concentration, focus, drive and performance. I've come up with the Freeze Frame and Healing Rhythms as to viable options because of pricing mostly and the look or feel of the software but I don't know any more than that. Unfortunately their respective website are both and understandably a infomercial and so is of little help to try and decide. At the surface all I can see is where Freeze Frame may have a little more scientific verbiage but their sensor is limited to one finger while Healing Rhythms appears to be more holistic in nature with a three finger sensor. Short of this description I am truly clueless and appeal to a knowledgeable person that can educate me. I thank you in advance for your kind help--Checo

Most of the devices/systems that are currently on the market are intended for general relaxation and stress reduction. Even such products as BrainMaster or Biograph that supposed to analyze your mind state are actually registered with FDA as a relaxation devices. So you can use any of the products: Freeze-Framer, Calmlink or Wild Divine for the purpose of relaxation, increasing concentration etc. If does not actuallt matter is only one or three sensors are used for tracking the progress. They all track the Galvanic Skin Response (GSR) or heart rate (Freeze-Framer) as biofeedback.

Thanks for the response, here are a couple of questions: Q> Is there a difference between GSR and heart rate sensors? Q> Is one more effective than other? Q> If skin is naturally clammy is GSR equally as effective? Thanks
